This is a private mural done in Shanghai over a year ago. Just now getting around to putting it up.
At dawn the whole village was covered with a cloud of rising mist. This is just half of Meishan, drawn from the fields on the north side.
The winning jockey rode bareback and except for during the wrestling match (3 men vs. 1 horse) at the starting line, used no hands. He held two bamboo crops, and a whistle in his mouth.
